Refund Eligibility
If, despite our best efforts, the delivered work does not meet your requirements or expectations, you are eligible for a refund. Refunds are granted under the following conditions:
- The issue could not be resolved through revisions or corrections.
- The final product does not align with the agreed-upon scope of work.
- The order is canceled before significant work has commenced.
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are typically credited to your RayStar Labs account balance in the form of RayStar Credits. These credits can be used for future purchases, allowing you to try another service or project with us.
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, such as PayPal or a credit card, simply inform our support team, and we will process it promptly. Please note that refunds to external payment methods may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
While we strive to be flexible, certain scenarios may not qualify for refunds, including:
- If the delivered work matches the agreed-upon brief and revisions were not requested.
- If significant time and resources were spent on the project, and the issue arises from a change in your initial requirements.
- Orders completed and accepted by the client without raising any concerns.
