Creating an account with RayStar Labs is quick and free. Once you sign up, you can start placing orders for our services right away. Your account will be set up automatically to allow you to order and track progress on all your design and vectorization projects.
Order Process
Place your order in 3 simple steps:
Choose the Service
Browse through our services (e.g., vectorization, custom designs, branding, etc.) and select the one that best suits your needs.
Select Your Package
Choose from Basic, Standard, or Premium options. If you have a custom request, you can always ask for a personalized offer.
Finalize Your Order
Confirm your payment method, add extras if needed, and click "Confirm & Pay." Payments are processed via credits.
Completing Your Order
After placing your order, you can review and approve the delivery:
Go to Your Orders
Navigate to the "Orders" section to find details of your active orders.
Access Order Details
Click on the specific order to view all information and updates.
Review the Delivery
You'll find the delivered artwork preview against the files you submitted.
Accept or Request Revisions
You can either accept the delivery or request revisions if needed.
Rate Your Experience
On approval, you can rate your experience and provide feedback to our team.

Your order status updates automatically throughout the process. Each action—whether it’s from you or our team—reflects in the order page, so you can easily track progress. Stay updated and follow the progress of your order from start to finish.
